Mother earth. We used a green screen backdrop on the floor with about 15 plants on it in font of a window to capture this shot and then composited several digital backgrounds for the final product. The lighting setup consisted of a green backlight (that had to be put outside of our front studio window) 2 side softboxes with green color gels, an overhead octobox with a yellow color gel and a spotlight on the subjects. We went with an ethereal gown for one model and covered the other model in real moss . The message we hope to portay with this shot is one of loving and protecting our planet but also loving and protecting each other as women.
