I used a 22" Beauty dish with a 30 degree grid pointed at the model and reflector with a red gel pointed at the dress. I dragged the shutter as the model threw her dress behind her. I used an 85mm lens, shot at f/9, ISO100 and a 1/10s shutter speed. This technique was all done in-camera, taught to me by Lindsay and it's freaking amazing.
